Welcome to GameTopServers. By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. The service

GameTopServers is a directory and ranking of community game servers. Server listings are submitted by their owners; rankings are driven by player votes. We do not operate the listed servers and are not responsible for their content, availability or moderation.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

3. Server listings

You may only list servers you own or administer. Listings must be accurate and must not contain adult, illegal, hateful or malicious content. We may edit, suspend or remove any listing at our discretion.

4. Voting

Votes are limited to one per server per 24 hours. Vote manipulation — bots, proxies, incentivized fake votes or any other artificial inflation — may result in vote removal, delisting or account suspension.

5. Premium listings

Premium placements are paid promotions processed through Stripe. Premium periods run for the purchased duration and are non-refundable once live, except where required by law. Premium placement does not exempt a listing from these terms.

6. Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GameTopServers is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or of any listed server.

7. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
